Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Artwork Purchase Cancellation:

Buyer’s Right: Buyers may cancel an artwork purchase order within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, contact Artishtta customer support at artishtta@gmail.com with the order details.

Artist’s Right: Artists have the right to cancel an order if the artwork is no longer available or for other valid reasons. In such cases, buyers will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded.

b. Workshop Registration Cancellation:

Cancellation Period: Participants may cancel their workshop registration up to 5 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process: To cancel a workshop registration and request a refund, contact Artishtta customer support at artishtta@gmail.com.

2. Refund Policy

a. Artwork Purchase Refund:

Defective or Damaged Artwork: If the artwork received is defective or damaged, buyers may be eligible for a refund. Contact Artishtta customer support within 5 days of receiving the artwork with supporting evidence (photos, etc.).

Change of Mind: Refunds due to a change of mind are at the discretion of the artist. Buyers may contact the artist directly to discuss possible refunds.

b. Workshop Registration Refund:

Cancellation Eligibility: Refunds for workshop registrations are subject to the cancellation policy mentioned in section 1(b). Participants may contact Artishtta customer support to request a refund.

3. General Guidelines

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Communication: All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through Artishtta customer support at artishtta@gmail.com.

No-Show Policy: Participants who do not attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Exceptions

Artishtta reserves the right to make exceptions to this Cancellation and Refund Policy in exceptional circumstances or as required by law.
